Modified mod-list.json and forgot a comma. after error file is empty lol
easy fix is to simply rerun the game and it will recreate the file but it will be annoying when you had several mods, add another one and suddenly it's blank

You are not supposed to edit this file manually Just add new mod into the mods directory.

Thought about deleting this but figured I'd leave it for others
