LuaEquipmentGrid flag "locked"

What?
A flag on an equipment-grid prototype that defines the grid as not player-interactable.
Why?
To be able to make custom vehicles/armor that come with some additional built-in modules that can't be replaced or removed, in order to present some interesting balance alternatives to "just fill it up with fusion reactors". (A runtime lock would also work, but a per-prototype lock should be easier/faster?)
