I have a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop and when I have the game on the main menu or while in game and im not doing anything (like my character being idle) the game will freeze and I have to either force close the game or sometimes on rarer cases I have to Ctrl+Alt+Del or do a hard powerdown of the laptop. I will send as much info as possible, but not sure where to find my log file. Here is more info about my laptop

Processor: i5-7300HQ CPU 2.5GHz
RAM 8 GB
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 630
Dedicated Vid Mem: 128 MB

Let me clarify when I said idle. I mean for a period of about a half hour or more. My laptop stays plugged in while I am using it.
