Audio options

Hey, i feel the sound option options could use a little love. Or even if you change nothing some tooltip on what they are really about especially for "environment and "sound effect" by testing I deduce that everything that is passive is on environment (belt loop) and eveything that is active is on effect placing stuff, turret shooting.
Also the sound of bitters attacking is on environnement, but their dying sound is on sound effect.
