lets say one has 10 stations that have over 10k cu in each (100k) in total

is it possible to request to a station if all stations combined are over 90k ? ( so request 10k in this case)
and don't request at all if all stations have under 90k .
i tried dome combinator combinations but i didn't succeed

You'd need to use a data diode into a wire between all providers.

What's the point in requesting if all together have > n?
LTN delivers from a single provider to a single requester.

When each factory requests and produces until the output/provide buffer is full activity propagates through all factories automatically.

i am doing allpymods+ltn

there is fe2o3 and ash that are used a little in recipes but they tend to accumulate at the provider

i was planing on something like (actual usage) station a normal request with a high priority say -50k
the ash fe2o3 (dump station) the >n request

i would calculate n to be over 95% storage capacity for all stations
so when the dump gets a request regardless from what provider it comes it will come from will make sure there is no blockage in the processes that generate ash/fe2o3

NOTE: the dumps are alternative usage for the 2 (very low efficiency like fe203 to iron plate that is a bad ration )

I'd use request priority to dump excess leftovers in recycling stations.

Say you want a constant 20k at the provider.
Provider Threshold: 10k

Normal fe2o3 and ash requester:
fe2o3 and ash:-10k
Request Priority 1
Request Threshold: -5k

Dump fe2o3 and ash requester:
fe2o3 and ash:-10k
Request Priority -1
Request Threshold: -5k

Now the provider can constantly keep producing those low usage byproducts and they will be shipped to the normal requester whenever it wants them, otherwise when the provider fills up its shipped to the dump.
Just make sure the dump is capable of outproducing the waste. Overproduction shouldn't matter much since normal will always grab the products before the dump gets them.

Numbers should be scaled to full train loads for max efficiency.
