[0.16.51] Easier "There is no spoon"

To my knowledge and the comments in the linked topic there should be no possibility to make the enemies easier.
Currently there are quite a few settings to make the enemies easier in a no spoon run and related achievements.

These settings are all in the "Advanced settings" tab of "New game".
All "Pollution" settings can be changed without disabling the achievements, the result is that enemies no longer attack your base.
All "Enemy expansion" settings can be changed, the result is that cleared areas are no longer colonized making attacks less prevalent.
All "Evolution" settings can be changed, the result is that you keep fighting small biters until the end of the run.

These settings combined can make it so that biters don't attack your base, never become stronger and never expand in your direction.
