No icon of energy interface in some situations

Hi all!
I've got the bug report today, it looks like it's comes with all electric energy interfaces:
As you can see here, I have the icon of this item/recipe in the recipe list, but not in logistic window.
The icon is missing also in the signal menu:
You can check it with RITEG
