TL;DR

Allow the Circuit Network a connection to the count of object ghosts.

What?

The Logistic Network (Likely Roboport) would output the information of tile/building ghosts (in its jurisdiction or globally) that are currently placed.
This would allow specific factories to turn on via Circuit Network, or other CN functions.

Why?

This allows automation to be taken to new heights. When a user places a ghost, and the logistic network does not have enough of the item in question, the user can create automatic, switching factories that produce items for the factory.
