I can not search on the forum at the moment so apploigies if this has been answered.

when you set a stak inserter to get it's filter settings form the circet network and there are mutiple signles on the network how dose it decide witch ones are chousen for the filetr settings I have looked at sevral things including the number but it dose not seam to make any diffrance

They're chosen by the internal order the game uses to sort them. It's the same order you see when you open the manul filter selection screen.
