Couldn't establish a network connection to the server.

Hello, me and a friend tried to play multiplayer with each other and we couldn't because when we tried to join each other the error came that said: Couldn't establish a network communication with the server. Please help
I added the hosts and the joiners logs.

we have changed the firewalls to public and privat

Can each join other public games?
Can you ping each other?
