[0.16+]Tech problem "Loading sprites"

Slow loading. The game is loaded for more than half an hour. Gets stuck loading at "Loading sprites". In the task Manager, the GPU is loaded with 100% "Copy".

You are using the integrated graphics with an ancient driver, select your dedicated GPU for the application in the driver settings after updating the driver, if it still does not work, post a log with the new driver.
