[0.16.51] Merging hostile forces does not update map chart

I was playing PvP with two friends, and I got defeated by team "Lost". We decided(sort of) to have the forces merging when that happens, but the host forgot to set it up so we had to enter some manual commands to get it to work. (See: chatlog from file)
After we ran "game.merge_forces(first parameter: Team whose silo was defeated; second parameter: Attacking team)" the forces merged, and we found that on the map, the factory that originally belonged to my force shows up all red as if it was an enemy force. If I walk to it however, the entities act friendly. (After all, they belong to my current force.)
Also, we have been walking around that "red" Factory, so it should have updated. It did not. We even noted how strange it was.
When I realized that this is potentially a bug, I loaded the save up myself and took the screenshot.
