Hi, i really would like to capture in the screenshots the settings i did in e.g. constant combinators, but the ydont appear on the screenshot.

Latest factorio, latest windows 10. (screenshot shows nothing, i clicked in the picture on the combinator, but it doesnt come to the screenshot, i use PRINT key, like in every other game on the world^^)

Can not reproduce with 16.51 on windows 7.

In Options => Interface, do you have 'Show combinator settings in "Alt-mode"' checked?

Please post a screenshot from the combinator if u testet it on windows 7.

Here's one of my recent screenshots containing combinators. Does that show what you're expecting to see?

Yep, thats what i mean. The window is not visible on screenshots for me.

It doesnt appear on my screenshots.

Im using a 1080 GTX, if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the report however there's nothing in the game that would cause what you're describing. The game and GUI render exactly the same way and will always be included in any screenshot you create with the print-screen key.

Can someone with latest windows 10 updates verify this? (or did u already?) What could be the reason for this? As far as i know i dont have anything special running. Maybe Kaspersky!?!?

Win10 latest updates and factorio latest version here.
I had no issue taking a screenshot of combinator configuration. Neither via the printscreen button nor via the windows snipping tool

Did you already checked that the "print screen" key is not associated with any ingame function ?

The print screen is working (u see that picture in the first post) its njust not screenshotting the open GUI.

Just for the sake of experiment here:
- Does it do the same thing in windowed and fullscreen?
- Are you playing the Steam version? If so, does it do the same thing when you screenshot it with F12?

Also, do other UI elements appear as expected? The windows for assemblers, splitters, chests, etc.?

Okay, after some testing back and forth i found it out.

It was a mod.

Called picker extentet (why ppl make mods for X which do Y(???))

Under options you can change display GUI or not, standard seems to be off....
