[0.16.51] Stripe-shaped texture artifacts on full zoom-out

What?
As of 0.16.51 i'm getting stripes again when zooming out. I thought this was fixed, but can't find the topic from last time.

IIRC it was mostly fixed for 0.16 but not entirely fixed until 0.17.

I couldn't find it either. I thought there is one already in Resolved for 0.17, but there is not.

Anyway, fixed for 0.17
