What did you do?

Built a wall next to a cliff so that it was attached (had a small wall nub), then later removed the cliff with cliff explosive.

What happened?

The cliff was removed. The wall sprite remained as if the cliff was still attached, so the small nub was still there.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

Expected the wall to update to reflect the lack of attachment.
