Power Logistics/Distribution Overhaul/Revamp

I would like to suggest a revamp/overhaul of the current power poles, and add a bit more variation and add a technologically upgraded power cabling to be placed underground.
First off the current wooden power poles, you would only be able to power 1 entity, and have there area of effect reduced. (They are only made of wood after all)
Secondly : regular steel power poles would be pretty much the same, apart from having a the limit of powering 6 entities with it's area of effect.
Third : for the large power steel pylon could have it's area of effect enlarged but be limited to powering 10 entities with it's area of effect.
Fourth: substations could have there area of effect slightly lowered, but could power a limit of 20 entities.

Next add in additional tech research for creating underground power cabling.
Which consist of 3 components: Underground Wiring Duct, Underground Power Hub, Underground Power Conduit.
The (UG) Wiring duct would be the base line power lines which would only connect from the (UG) Power Hub, to structures like Factories, turrets, inserters, lamps, roboports etc (anything that requires power to operate)
The (UG) Power Hub would be the splitting point for multiple (UG) Wiring connections which would sprout off from them.
The (UG) Power Conduit would be the high voltage line carrying power direct from Power suppliers to the (UG) Power Hub
All of the three components would need to be mapped to a layer that is inaccessible to the land faring biters from there attacks, but susceptible to burrowing biters from a underground attack.
The overall effect of this change would dramatically challenge players to re-organize there bases and establish new and different vulnerabilities. All while adding an additional realism to power distribution.
Also it would free up much more needed space on land when there is little to none to work with in some areas.
Lets face it, power poles are out dated and need some modernizing. This could prove to be the balance which is needed to make it work better.
Pros
: Power poles would no longer get in the way.
: No more weak power poles collapsing.
: Power would no longer need to be stretched out on flimsy poles just to get that one structure powered.
Cons
: More resources would be needed to construct underground power lines.
: Complex and tightly placed bases could prove a nightmare to connect.
: Burrowing biters would need to be implemented.
