Invalid filter on hotswapped buffer chest.

How to reproduce:
Place a storage chest, and set a logistics filter
Hot-replace with a buffer chest.
Current behaviour:
The buffer chest has a 0-element request for the filtered item, which does nothing.
Expected behavior:
Not sure
