When joining multiplayer game, max download speed I get doesn't exceed 440 kB/s when downloading map even though my max download speed is over 10 Mbps. Doesn't matter what map I download, it happens all the time.
Is this intentional? Thanks for response.

The download speed depends on the hosting server settings (the person hosting can limit upload speed) as well as the hosting servers internet upload speed.

The game itself doesn't limit upload or download speeds in any way.
