[0.16.50/0.16.51] server saying that it's not responding

my server occasionaly says it's not respondig while other servers at the same server are working fine so i concluded that it's not a network issue
the load on the unix server is also fine

i cannot reproduce the problem or well the problem randomly happens
i wanna see it playable without doing that xD
