SP: Don't pause on dying

There is no permadeath in freeplay, so why does the game pause and give a game over screen? It sends the wrong message. The only time to give a game over screen is if an objective perma fails or if perma death is enabled.

It used to be perma death. It was changed because of multiplayer.
but you're right, it does give a bit of a wrong impression.
