It'd be helpful if their was an inserter that would balance the storage units of 2 buildings.

This would especially be helpful balancing warehouses used to load/unload multiple train cargo cars.

Features
- Allow the user to designate the ratio. Slider bar preferred but the option to pick ratios would work too. 50/50 by default.
- Deactivates automatically when either building is loading/unloading via any other inserter or preferably any other type of inserter. This stops it from continually trying to balance as either warehouse is loaded/unloaded.

If reversible inserters were implemented, then what you want would be possible to do using the circuit network. Reversible inserters have been suggested in the following threads:

Op says he's using warehouses. So he can use a second inserter for the other direction. So the whole thing is easily solved with circuits. That and..the fact that warehouses are not even in vanilla makes this unlikely *cough* to happen. And for 1x1 chests... i think there was a bi-directional inserter mod somewhere :P.
