Zoom on blueprints

TL;DR
Add the ability to zoom into specific parts of blueprints in the GUI
What ?
Ctrl+Scroll or a button within the GUI to let the player zoom in on certain tiles.
Why ?
This will allow players with bigger blueprints to see the smaller details (Rotation of inserters, filters etc)
