[0.16.x] Huge fps crash (60-8) when trying to use blueprints

Hi, just today I was working on my factory and now each time I use a blueprint I get a massive fps crash. It happens across all of my save files, it just started happening today. I run a gtx 770 and an i7 4770k, updated drivers and verified integrity of game cache. Any help is appreciated! https://imgur.com/a/FfITgAu
