Tried to delete or use Q on some Ghostplacments but didn't work.

Couldn't left-, right-click on them or use Q.

I figured out ghosts which builded North (up side) are working. All other directions are not able to be clicked.

Itmes i found so far do not work: Turrets, All Inserters, and Belts

Yup same issue, can't click on ghost yellow belts that are going east to west or west to east. Can click on belts going north to south or south to north.

You can add Underground pipes to that list. Only the North end is Selectable.

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next version of 0.16 and I wrote a test to make sure it stays fixed.
