[Mod request] Replace biters w/ GDPR privacy policy e-mails

Looking for a mod which replaces biters with e-mails about updates to privacy policies resulting from the European General Data Protection Regulation directives, and replaces biter nests with some representation of websites you subscribed to seven years ago and couldn't give a monkey's about any more.
