Go carts?

I'm not a modder myself. I looked around for awhile and couldn't find a mod for this. How hard is it to make something like that?
It's very easy, just make some graphics, add prototypes: entity (car), item, recipe and add this recipe to some technology.
All prototypes you can just copy from vanilla and change some properties.
