Cant connect to headless dedicated server

Cant connect to headless dedicated server

So since 2 days or so my dedicated server isnt visible in the public matchmaking server anymore and noone can connect to it besides me AFTER i established a ssh connection to the server...
once i ssh'd on the server i can connect as long as i dont get a new ip. the server only allows me to direct connect once i ssh'd on it with putty which is super weird... like it would whitelist the ip somehow.
