Set evolution console / lua

Not sure it's right place to ask that, but here we go :)

When you set evolution via console, it only changes the overall evolution factor for one force (ex: ennemies) :

/c game.forces["enemy"].evolution_factor=xxx
I can't find how to set / reset the 3 components of the evolution (time, evolution, bases). Any hint how to do and / or if it's possible to set those ?
I'm not talking about the evolution factor you set in the map_settings, but the actual calculated / spent evolution in the game.

Ex, for evolution set to 0:
