[16.38] Repeated Desyncs - ClusterIO and RSO

Was playing on the 60K servers, and getting repeated desyncs on two new servers for no apparent reason. Tried with Steam and single folder installs (have both), and they both experience the same issue.
Here's just two, but I keep getting dropped whenever trying to log in to these servers.
