[0.10.12] Mining drill with shaking frame

Hello,
I just noticed, that on zoomlevel 1.0 the frame of working mining drills is shaking, but only when the output is set to face south. It might actually be the whole graphic that is shaking, but I'm sure you guys will figure that out
