[0.16.36] multiplayer problems: XXXX dropped from the game

Hello
I have ea problem: we are 3 friends who play together: let's name us X, Y and Z.
when Z is hosting Y and X can connect and have no problem.
when X is hosting, Z can connect and have no problem, but Y is always getting dropped during the game (like ever 2/5 seconds, so it is impossible)
the same way: when Y is hosting, Z can connect and have no problem, but X is always getting dropped during the game (like ever 2/5 seconds, so it is impossible)
what is really strange is that downloading the map and connecting to X or to Y (by X or by Y) is fast and there is no problem, what is also really strange is that Friday we had no problems (problem started Saturday with the same version of the game)
I understand then that there must be a problem between X and Y only. do you have any recommendation on what to try to fix this issue?
FYI: I already search the forum without finding any information usefull.
