[0.16.36] Rocket appears behind fluid arrows on steam engine

I'm playing vanilla, and I just launched a rocket. The rocket happens to be in line with steam engines and boilers.
The blue fluid arrows on the steam engines and boilers show up in front of the rocket while it's flying. Check out this image:

Seems like an issue with which sprite is in front, right? Thanks
