I can't seem to figure out why my second row of steam engines in this setup wont work. I moused over them and there is steam in them. I also cant seem to get the top row of engines to work at all. If anyone can help me with this it would be much appreciated.

They are not connected to the main power grid.

I feel so stupid I looked at this for about an hour and didn't see that. Thank you for the help
