Adjust resource frequency for ribbon worlds

I suggest that resource patch frequency should be adjusted behind the scenes for ribbon worlds so that the average distance between resource patches is closer to constant. Currently the narrower the ribbon the farther apart the resource patches get, approaching a ^2 factor as the ribbon gets narrower.

Started a new ribbon world because it seemed like a fun twist, I'm pretty sure I left it at default settings though I don't know how to confirm
* Nauvis mostly went fine, but I needed to go miles and miles to find uranium; seemed weird but ok
* Now on vulcanis, there was 7k coal in my starting area, and no tungsten in sight, slightly concerning
* Kill all the small demolishers east and west... still no coal or tungsten
* Kill all the medium demolishers... still none
* Start expanding so far that I'm needing to take down big demolishers to make any progress... I found coal \o/ But still my main source of tungsten is the demolisher corpses, no ore patches within radar range
I get how having no tungsten in the starter area safe-zone is a fun challenge and encouragement to take down a demolisher... but surely by the time I'm taking down big ones, I should have found at least one tungsten patch by now? T_T
(Starting to wonder if I should just abandon this universe and restart with massively above-default resource frequency, rather than struggling through to Gleba only to find that the two farming-soil patches are so far apart that one can't bring their produce into the centre before it spoils, and I go from "frustrated" to "actually softlocked"...)
Update: After taking down 7 Big Demolishers I found my first tungsten patch, which at least confirms that this isn't a bug where it doesn't spawn at all...

well gleba and vulcanus are not at all design for ribbon world

In addition to frequency, it would probably make sense so ensure the starting resources appear in the starting area on each planet on a ribbon world. I endorse this addition to my feature request.

Ooh, I'm glad to see Ribbon World still exists in Space Age. I had wondered!
Likely a lot more complex. I look forward to doing it some time in the next couple of years.
