[16.36] Multiplayer game crashes when people join

As mentioned in the title,
I was hoping to host a server with 5 of my friends, but for some reason, the game kept crashing when the 4th or 5th person joined (tried hosting 3 or 4 times)
I initially got an error stating that the program did not have access to something, so I decided to run it as admin, which did not fix the issue.
My friend however, managed to host the game for all of us with no crashes.
At the time, I had no mods installed.

I will include the most recent log file, but I think it is from a session that I exited normally (and that session had mods, whereas the session that crashed constantly did not).
I will update this log if the crash happens again.
I have however included the memory dump from when the game crashed, hope it helps.
