Problem z połączeniem/Connection problem

Gdy hostuję ja lub przyjaciel grę to pokazuję się komunikat, że nie może ustawić zewnętrznego IP czy coś takiego. A gdy próbujemy się połączyć to jak można się spodziewać to nie można. Jak to rozwiązać?
When I host a friend or I play a game, I get a message that I can not set up an external IP or something like that. And when we try to connect, as you can expect it can not be. How to solve it?
