[0.16.36] Old mods are not being deleted

Sometimes after updating mods the older versions of the mods are not being deleted
This means we are getting the duplicate files massage
PS this happens so far 4 times already

Thanks for the report however without at minimum a log file there's nothing we can do.
Can you please upload your log file after reproducing the game not removing previous version(s) of mods?
