[0.16.36] Train is stuck in front of junction

In this Savegame 0.16.36 (111MB) the train "Smarty" is stuck in front of the junction - I was placing some signals and railsegments in that junction maybe during its pathfinding.
I have no clue why this train doens't drive on.

The signals you marked in the save’s preview image seem to be behaving properly. The problem is the rail segment in the attached screenshot. It’s always “occupied” and all chain signals leading into it – except for one – are always red. The other chain signal is always yellow. Neither of the two trains waiting at the intersection in the screenshot will go into the intersection even though nothing should be blocking them. I ripped up all other tracks leading into this intersection, so there are no other trains interfering. While I was standing there for a while, neither of the two trains ever re-pathed to use the other available path across the intersection.
Mining the track piece in front of the yellow signal and placing it again restores everything to working order.

yeah I know - but why was that happening?
I was removing 4 strait rail segments near the big power pole on all sides to optimese all my junctions to get a maximum of 6 parallel passing trains.
and added some missing chainsignals.
what was happening in the pathfinding that the trains got stuck like this?
or was it the moment I placed that signal?
it is one of the signals I changed/placed during the small work in the junction.
one OT question - how high are your FPS/UPS values on this map?

7. My PC is almost ten years old and way too slow for such a base. Walking from the spawn point to the junction took a few minutes. The numbers in the top right (and the alert icons) in the screenshot look garbled because I overlaid three screenshots.

this markers are a F4 setting --> always --> "show-train-signals"
I need that to see if i can cross a track without danger or not

If I remember correctly I was placing that signal under or short bevor a train was moving over that broken signal. maybe it was in the moment the signal in front of it switched from yellow to red. or backwards.

I checked this Bug with the new 0.16.41 and the bug is fixed - the brocken Signal is going back to green itself.
I think that it was the same bug like this one

The broken signal was on the second place of the rail segment.
