I have not played factorio in a while. When I played back then I remember having a 3 tile reach for inserter with Bob's Intserters. But now, I seem to not have it anymore. I checked the tree and there is only the Long Inserter Reseach 1. There is no next tier/ Long Inserter 2.
Was it removed? If not, What am I missing here?

Please check if you don't have it unchecked in mod settings.

Yeah, it should still be there, but you can turn it off in the options -> mod settings list.
