I get this weird screen tearing in-game all the time, it is much worth on my screen, then it is in the video. Btw I have a 144hz 2560x1440 screen. And V-sync is on in my game.

in game v-sync doesn't work. disable it. try enabling v-sync in your nvidia control panel.
