[posila][for 0.17][0.16.34] Rail graphical artifacts at max zoom out

When I zoom out as far as possible, there are some weird horizontal lines between rail pieces. This does not occur at any other zoom level.

I can reproduce ... and I thought about it for a bit and I have solution in mind that could be implemented in 0.16, but don't really want to risk introducing bigger bug into stable 0.16
So, it will be fixed in 0.17
