[15.40] Headless server is laggy

Hello is it possible to give the headless server more Ram to make it faster ? i didn't found a way about that in the the server settings or in the config to select more ):
could there be any other reason why the server is so delayed ? (its very recognisable when u pick things up or drive a car in different directions)
FPS and loading times are fine tho (i guess).
