Blueprints - non-title field for added text info/comments

Currently, the only arbitrary text you can include in a blueprint is in the title. This isn't a good place for even one sentence, since it doesn't wrap and ends up cluttering/breaking blueprint UIs (in the tooltip, when using a blueprint book, etc.).

For those of us who work on more complex or technical blueprints (e.g. circuits, circuit components, or modular blueprint books), it would be nice to be able to provide a few instructions/details inline - even just 256 characters or some other reasonable limit - in a way that can easily be read when examining the blueprint, and which word-wraps, but doesn't appear alongside the title to clutter things up. (Obviously, if it's paragraphs of instructions, that's not a good place for 'em - at that point just include a readme on the forum post or wherever the blueprint book is being shared.)

As an alternative solution, perhaps we could continue using titles, but titles in the blueprint tooltip and when placing blueprints/books could word-wrap to prevent exceedingly long single-line titles.
