Me and a friend can't connect even though steam

Hi, recently me and a couple friend started to play factorio and wanted to played together now we could get 2 of us to connect together but the third in our party cant connect to us at all, they can go into random servers that are hosted other people (only paid or server hosted things) but we tried to join by inviting though steam and by making our own lobbys but they can't join at all, we tried with them hosting or my other friend host but nothing worked at all and we cant play together its rather annoying its coming up with can't establish connection to server all the time for any of us trying to connect to our one friend
