I recently built someone else's creation in my world, and it relies heavily on trains. I was setting up the trains and testing them out when i noticed one of the signals was stuck on red. It was blocking all my trains inside the factory as if there was something in the way of the exit, but there are no trains anywhere else. pls help

You need to place signals to separate the network into blocks otherwise trains can not proceed because there is a train far away in the same block. I suggest completing the ingame train tutorial or looking for some youtube videos.
