[0.16.25] 1 on the technology icon for accumulators

There is a "1" on the research icon for accumulators although it appears to have no follow up research.
This has been around for a while now so i assumed that if it was indeed a bug it would have been patched by now.
But i really don't see a reason for the 1 being there so I thought i would report it anyway.
