[kovarex] [0.16.25]Underground belt side loading stucks

Advanced circuit stuck at north direction Fast underground belt from right Fast splitter output.
After I remove left splitter's belt of south direction, side loading was restarted.

After first post, I relocate the removed belt.
But stucks not re-happen.

I loaded the save in the newest version and it is not stuck anymore. It is possible that it was related to some older belt bugs we had.
If it happens again, let me know.
