The Tilde key just stopped working last night.
steps to resolve my issue.

restarted factorio
The key works in a text editor.
I updated from 20 to 23.
Created a new game but no go.
Disabled mods but no go.
reset keyboard settings but no go.

Is there something that might have been corrupted that I should try and delete?
Any other suggestions?
No sense creating a bug report if it isn't a bug.

Do you mean you can not type it in a text field, or it does not perform a bound function? Post your log as well.

it doesn't open the console/command

Did you check if it is bound to do that?

I reset the keybinds thur the options

nevermind I rebooted. I forgot windows=reboot and it is working again
