The dependencies in info.json is too simple,
why not use depends, optdepends, provides, conflicts like a package

Dependcy, optional dependency and incompatibility already exist. Not sure if "provides" (guessing what that does) would be meaningful in a factorio environment.

It was added in 0.16.0.
