Have you noticed since the last update that items cannot be picked up?

Playing vanilla on 0.16.21 (build 35356, win64, steam)

I place a turret down and the biters destroy it, my robots place another to replace the destroyed turret but when I try to pick up the latter, I get "This cannot be mined" and I loose a turret.
I keep loosing turrets this way when going after biters since they destroy some and my bots replace them and the newly placed turrets cannot be picked up.

it's fixed in the next release.

The next release was out, but the fix was deployed since I still cannot pickup the turrets ..
